Brand new house with a parking lot in the shadow a need for how crowded it is in summer, just 2 minutes walking from the beach and the city center, a favorite for our family we had an amazing time in such a lovely city. Our host Alexandra ,an amazing and very kind lady that welcomed us with warmth and joy! We totally recommend this amazing apartment!!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely studio in Loutraki, Greece. Everything was absolutely perfect—from the comfort and cleanliness of the space to the beautiful surroundings. The people were incredibly warm and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. My partner and I felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The studio was well-equipped and ideal for a relaxing getaway. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape or just some peaceful time by the sea, this place is a fantastic choice. Our stay at Toska Residence was absolutely perfect! Everything is brand new, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed. The apartment is equipped with everything you might need – from a fully stocked kitchen with all the little extras that travelers usually don’t bring, to air conditioning in every room, and super comfortable mattresses with a great choice of pillows. Evangelos is truly the best host we’ve ever met. He gave us excellent tips on which beaches to visit and what to see in the area, and his wife treated us to the most delicious homemade baklava - such a warm and memorable gesture! The location is ideal: away from the noisy, crowded center, so we could sleep peacefully at night, and at the same time there was no problem with parking the rental car, which was a huge advantage for us. There are so many positives here that it’s hard to list them all. Toska Residence is the perfect place for a relaxing and comfortable stay, and we would love to return again!

The location was great, easy walking distance to the beach. The apartment was beautifully decorated, with large spacious bedrooms and bathroom. Margarita the owner was great to deal with. Highly recommend.

Great location close to the sea, restaurants, shops, etc., comfortable room (rooms are quite small but as a solo traveller I was fine and didn't have an issue with this) generally very clean, breakfast was enough choice to start the day, the terrace is lovely for breakfast and just relaxing after a long day.
