The location is incredibly central, near all the nice restaurants and bars in Ladadika and the port area. The apartment felt fresh and almost new, built from good quality materials. Another pro is the efficient flat layout; it appears more spacious than expected. Also good bathroom, with solid shower cabin and good ventilation. The flat managers were very kind and responsive throughout the stay.

Everything was perfect! :) The room, the professional welcome upon arrival, the place was beautiful, the sea was close, it was almost like having a separate room in the city. We will definitely be back for an even longer stay.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very comfortable. There wasn't a buffet breakfast, but the staff asked at the entrance if there were any dietary requirements (diabetic, vegetarian, etc.) and adjusted the breakfast accordingly. Furthermore, breakfast included fresh orange juice, yogurt with chocolate chips and oatmeal, and, depending on the day, a sandwich, croissant, or something else. The food was delicious, and the hotel also offers a gym and a very cozy place to relax on the terrace. I highly recommend it.

The service is what makes this place outstanding. Every day there were nice little surprises such as fresh fruit and chocolate. The breakfast is a must, with very good coffee. The rooftop bar is also not to be missed. I will be returning.

Easy communication with the owner, clear instructions. The apartment is clean with modern furniture and equipment. The bus stop and shopping mall are located nearby. The location isn't very charming, but not the worst either - I've felt safe there.
