Quiet location outside Kryopigi, avoiding the tourist jams but easily accessible and not far away from the Kryopigi village centre (you could walk there but you would need a car if you are with kids or if you would like to visit other nearby villages). The beach is 5 minutes walk (somewhat steep path among greenery), secluded and wild, feels like your own private beach (wear water shoes as it is rocky in the beginning). The yard is well groomed, with a treehouse and hammocks. The view from the terrace is magnificent. We only stayed for two days so we did not use the facilities in the studio but it seemed to have everything necessary if you wanted to cook. Rita and Stefanos were warm and welcoming hosts that provided us with recommendations on all questions that we had. A relaxing getaway at the end of the summer season.

The property is well-maintained, the house is nice, and the apartment was clean and equipped with everything needed for a long stay. The terrace offers an amazing view, and the hosts are very responsive. There is a pristine beach nearby, though access is difficult – downhill on the way there and a steep climb back. The Kryopigi beach, however, is far from what the online photos suggest: overcrowded and extremely dirty.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. The apartment had all the amenities we needed—fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, and a nice big balcony to enjoy our morning coffee and rest of the day. The apartment was simply wonderful! Spotlessly clean, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail and beautifully decorated to create a sense of warmth and comfort. We loved the location! The property is located very close to a beach with crystal clear turquoise waters but also close to the central street of the Kriopigi village. We loved the view of the small forest around the house full of pine trees and singing cicadas (the sound of Greek summer). The house was very clean and offered all the necessary amenities to make the vacation comfortable. We are thankful to our hosts who were very attentive to our every need🫶. We will definitely be coming back next year!
