Our family of 4 with 2 pet dogs spent 2 weeks at Stathopoulos Apartments in June. The place is exceptional if you are looking for a calm, relaxing place for a family holiday. Clean small local beach is some 50 meters away, with a nice restaurant and a beach caffee bar. Spaceous apartment with fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need for preparing your meals, comfortable beds, big terrace on the upper level with a sea view where you can work and enjoy the sea view, plus a front terrace on the kitchen side with a garden view where you can enjoy your meals outside. Excellent wifi with good internet speed. Rena is a terrific host, she does everything to make your stay a most pleasant experience. We parked our car on the premises in the shade of a tree. I definitely recommend the place.

The apartment was excellent, very clean and quiet with beautiful view towards the sea and the mountains. The breakfast was delicious with most of the goods being homemade by the mother of the owner. We were given advice which restaurants to go and places to visit, and the overall hospitality was exceptional!

Spotlessly clean recently refurbished and furnished peaceful hideaway amongst the small holdings within easy reach of beach and town (about 4 mins in car, 8 ish on bike and walkable but a bit longer). Maria the host was very helpful and had left many useful “welcome” goodies. I absolutely loved it and hope to return. Thanks to all . Jim

The place has a parking place, an open garage which is a very big plus for the area. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The bedrooms are big enough and the beds comfortable. The host welcomed us with a basket full of fresh local vegetables and fruits, home made jam and aromatic herbs. And also great olive oil. Amaizing! Thank you!

Last year we booked one week over NYE in Alexandre House 2. We loved and decided to come again with a bigger group and book both the upstairs (Alexandre House 2) and downstairs (Alexandre House 1) apartments. We are in love with this place. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable, all the commodities are available for a short or long stay. A big bonus is the beautiful garden with orange and lemon trees. The hosts are very helpful, responsive and accommodating. The view from the apartment is just great and the location is perfect.

Owners of the property have created a picturesque little house which is cozy and far more comfortable than its size. Hosts were always in touch with me in case I needed something. It also had a nice little yard and a rooftop where I could stargaze for hours if there were no mosquitoes. The village of Pragmateftis is suitable for someone who wants serenity and quiet time. There are no restaurants, cafes or other similar places. At night the only sound was a dog barking from far away. Keep in mind that the village is not built for cars. At busy times parking is available not near the property but also not terribly far. Also village roads are narrow so for bigger cars some skill and some patience is needed.

Our stay at Matas House was perfect. The owners were kind and accommodating. For the duration of our stay the owners were willing to help us with anything we needed, it was a pleasure to meet them. The house had all the equipment we needed, the owners even left us a welcome present which was very nice. The view from the house was amazing, and the location is very peacefull with little to no other tourists. The owners speak english well, there was no problem with communication.
