What a fantastic place. Everything is really good, the staff are excellent, they are very kind and helpful, the swimming pool is very good, lovely green grass and palm trees around the pool, the rooms are comfortable, the beds are a good size, they have everything you need. The location is perfect 150 yards or less to - two tavernas, two coffee / bakery shops, a pharmacy, car rental, supermarket, massage, shop with tourist items. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was beautiful and all the facilities excellent. Special thanks to Zoe from reception for her warm welcome and good introduction of the hotel after a long journey❤️ We loved the pool and the private beach, and there was never trouble getting sunbeds. We also loved our boat trip to Symi with pick up from the beach just 10 minutes from hotel, booked through the lovely concierge at Mitsis. The food selection is excellent and the kids especially loved the texmex and creperie with all the lovely desserts, special thanks to Josephine for her excellent service! Our family room was spacious for a family of five and with a big balcony with sunbeds and a private jacuzzi which was so nice to relax in after a day of sightseeing! The room was kept very clean, and the staff were very attentive and always happy to help. We had an excellent time at Mitsis and warmly recommend it.
