Elena was one of the most welcoming and understanding hosts I’ve ever met. Nadia cleaned my room and made me feel even more comfortable. The room has all the facilities you need — it’s not luxurious, but everything works perfectly, and that’s exactly what you get for a very good price. You can park in front of the house or in the garden parking area. The location is perfect if you want to relax and explore — you can drive anywhere on the island in under 45 minutes and discover all its corners and beautiful beaches. Me and my fiancé loved everything, from the room to personnel and all the services that were offered. A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness and friendliness, especially to the cleaning crew who made a fantastic job each day of our staying. If we ever come back to Zakynthos we will choose again Villa Basil for sure.

Family run hotel on the beach. Spacious room with a balcony facing the sea. Very friendly personnel. Good restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Large choice and excellent quality for modest prices and above all the service with a smile at all times. For five days we never ate anywhere else.

Tucked away off the main street but a good location. We had a twin room right at the back of the property, it was on the 1st floor so had stairs to get up to it. But it was a lovely size room with a balcony looking towards the front of the property and the pool. Comfy beds and decent size bathroom. Nice to have hanging facilities on the balcony to hang wet clothes, towels etc. Great pool with plenty of space and sun lounges available. We had a car and managed to park in the laneway next to property. Walking distance to many restaurants and beach, although we used the car and drove to all the different viewpoints and beaches on the island. Great staff, always available to help if we needed. Absolutely loved our stay here.

This property was fantastic, in a super location, bars, shops, restaurants all at your doorstep. The wifi worked brilliantly, and the shower was fantastic, excellent pressure, we stayed on numerous properties throughout our time on the island, and the showers here were the best. The studio was beautifully decorated, had everything you required and was immaculately clean. There was a huge balcony, which was lovely to sit out and have a drink. The host and her son whom we dealt with were very both lovely, and gave us lots of helpful information. We do hope to return.

This beachfront location exceeded all expectations, offering a perfect blend of relaxation, water sports, and Greek culinary. To enjoy the beach, in addition to sunbeds, they also offer surf boards, paddle boards for free. This property was fantastic, in a super location, bars, shops, restaurants all at your doorstep.
