The hotel was spotless with good facilities and tasteful decor. It was close to restaurants and quite easy access to the beach. One of the loveliest things about the hotel was the staff, so friendly and helpful. I will hopefully go back.

Beautifully decorated room! Bed was super comfy and the bathroom was finished to a very high standard. Christina was super lovely and welcoming and give us lots of information about the best restaurants and tours on the island. She also quickly delivered us an iron one evening when we needed a shirt pressed. We loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer!

Second time at the Bitzaro, same fantastic experienxnce !! The people working there are so friendly, they do everything to make your vacation better !! The rooms are clean, the food is good, the all-in has enough choices... If you want to have a good hotel experience at Zakynthos, don't hesitate and go there !! Good job !! One of the best accommodations. Very clean, simply furnished, but has everything you need to prepare simple meals. Frequent change of towels and daily cleaning. Great wifi. Vasiliki is very helpful and extremely hospitable, even allowed us to stay couple of hours after specified checkout. I felt at home, will definitely come back.

The apartment was very clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, so we could really get a good night’s sleep. Great location – close to both the town center and the beach, yet the area is quiet and peaceful. The terraces were a big plus – perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or breakfast outdoors. Plenty of parking space, which was also very convenient.The hosts were very kind and helpful. Overall, a place definitely worth recommending – perfect for a relaxing stay.

The property was spotlessly cleaned every day and was in a great location only a 5 minute walk away from the strip and opposite a great pool bar.

Beautiful rooms with air con. Great shower! Lovely pool area with small bar. Family run. Very clean . Comfortable sun loungers. Very relaxing. Great location . Would love to stay again!

Location was perfect just off the main strip but not too close to make it noisy. Rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. Great view from.the balcony All staff were very friendly.
