This family run hotel and restaurant is over looking a gorgeous plateau, and a quick walk to the cave of Zeus. The apartment like suite was not only spotless and beautiful but had everything you could want with sm kitchen, fireplace, lots of space, balcony and a view die for, even a washer !…Oh and we didn’t even mention the incredible homemade food from the attached restaurant! fresh squeezed pomegranate juice and the best food you’ll have in Crete! Then to add the best for last -the wife , husband and son not only treated us with the best food and stay but generously helped us fix something that came loose on our car by first climbing under to look at it and then sending us to their friend in town , who was then waiting for us . (Cost 2 Euro ) The wife gave us her a greatest gift of hospitality, generousity and kindness even a gift of local plant tea . ALL THIS IN ONE OVER NIGHT STAY ! We can’t say enough praise about our stay in the suite or about the family .We only wish we would have know about this place when we were making our vacation plans, but it was a whim that we choose going the the cave and staying there as a side trip IT WAS THE BEST PART OF OUR TRIP TO CRETE!

The apartments are lovely and situated with a gorgeous mountain view. The facilities are clean and well-maintained. The bathroom is equipped with a variety of shampoos, condintoners and care products, which is very convenient when traveling with low-fare airlines and hand luggage only. The kitchen is well equipped as well. You can arrive at Vienna Apartments and start living there.

The place is wonderful. It’s located in a small town, at the end of a road. The apartment was just enough for two people. Clean and well equipped. The staff were kind and helpful. The tavern, which is located vis a vis the apartment, serves the best food we had in Crete.
