Great Stay Thanks to the Amazing Staff! I had an excellent stay at this hotel, thanks to the amazing service provided by David. He helped me both during check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The staff was always ready to assist with any questions I had throughout my stay. My room was cleaned while I was away, which was a great convenience. The hotel also offers luggage storage, which was very useful for me. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great balance between price and quality. Breakfast was sufficient, with the staff constantly replenishing glasses and plates while quickly cleaning the tables. There was a good selection of main dishes, desserts, fruits, and vegetables. One of the highlights was the terrace on the 6th floor, offering a beautiful view of the city. Would definitely stay here again!

I would like to especially mention the reception staff. I arrived very early in the morning and obviously the room was not ready yet, receptionist Lizzy immediately offered me a cup of coffee. Then during the day there was Tata at the reception, whom I would like to especially mention, she constantly monitored the readiness of the room and as soon as it was ready, I immediately received information. Check-in was done in a second. During the entire stay, she was always on shift during the day. Thanks to her, I always saw and felt a very cozy, friendly and pleasant atmosphere at the reception, maximum respect for guests and always a desire to help. I was amazed! Only extremely positive impressions remained. The rooms were clean. At breakfast, each of our company could find something suitable for themselves. I will definitely visit this hotel again!

The staff is exceptionally kind, every day the rooms were cleaned, tea, coffee, water, sugar were put. The car was parked in the inner courtyard of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again when I come to Tbilisi.

Everything was perfect. We arrived a little bit earlier after a long flight and the host let us make the check-in earlier. He even offered us coffee while we waiting. Super friendly staff. Amazing hospitable experience! The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. We felt really cared for during our stay. We encounted an issue with the toilet on the first night and it was immediately resolved. They helped us with communicating with the taxi drivers and they even helped in carrying our luggage to the room. The hotel and our room was beautiful! The view from our 2nd floor balcony overlooking the city was the best. The bathroom had bidet. We loved the breakfast! The buffet had plenty of options, we could even order eggs benedict, shakshouka and guacamole bread. The serving time for these was really fast. The view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing! We really enjoyed the breakfast everyday. The restaurant food is also great, I tried one of their dishes for dinner and it was really nicely served in our hotel room. Overall, amazing experience in this hotel.

Property was very clean and big. Location is also good! Very central! Price is also cheap I recommend everyone, but not for couple!

After being scammed a couple of times in Tbilisi, I moved to Luxury Inn due to the positive reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. The staff were incredibly supportive and made me feel safe. The room was spotless, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was ideal for exploring the city, with easy access to main attractions. The genuine care and excellent service provided by the staff truly made a difference in my stay. I highly recommend Luxury Inn to anyone visiting Tbilisi!

Location was ideal. Everything is nearby, good restaurants and cafes. The room was excellent with a comfortable bed and warm, powerful shower. Very clean and comfortable. All staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. Decor is very modern. Breakfast good quality. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Staff helpful and polite, I had traveled for 20hrs , they let me check in early. Very much appreciated. Comfortable bed, great shower.. very clean and ideal location for old town. Breakfast was ample.

The location was excellent. Room was spotless and had everything you need. They also gave me David’s details and he collected me from the airport. He was easy to deal with and communicated via WhatsApp. Highly recommend using him for your transfer.
