The rooms are spotlessly clean and cozy and even the shower gels smelled amazing! Breakfast each morning was absolutely delightful. Excellent location of the place (very close to the park and the bus station). The room was very clean and comfortable with a very nice view. There was a small terrace availabe on the top of the building and another table on the backyard. Very nice options to enjoy some snacks and wine in the evenings. Near the hotel, shops, tourist information and currency exchange agents can be found - anything a traveller needs. The owner was very helpful, providing information about Borjomi and the neighbourhood, and, was waiting for me upon my arrival.

It was a great experience staying at this property. It was near the centre. Very peaceful environment with a great view. All the amenities were provided by the owner.The room was exactly the same as it is in the photo provided. A very clean and aesthetically pleasing apartment was provided. Excellent location, all the most interesting places within walking distance. There is a supermarket and bank nearby. The guest apartment is clean, although it is a budget option, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay with your family, even a washing machine. The hostess is a very pleasant person to talk to and is attentive to her guests. Overall, our stay in this wonderful city and place was very positive.
