What’s not to like? Let’s start with Ian & Josie, amazing and warm people who have gone above and beyond to not only make us feel at home but also made sure everything was cared for. Ruby and Yogi their dogs were an unexpected delight, all the cuddles are so nice! (if you’re not a dog person then don’t worry, they can stay in their living space. You’ll hardly notice they are in the house). The room was like walking into something we would’ve created ourselves. Cozy, modern and very comfortable aside from very clean. You’ll find an amazing array of thoughtful extra’s too! The Victorian details on the house are gorgeous! It’s very close to the train which will drop you off at New Street after a relaxing ride and the best thing about the location is, it’s lovely and quiet with some awesome places to enjoy breakfast/lunch/dinner (check out: The Deli, Franks and Verdo’s!) We came as strangers and left as friends, who could ask for more?

Spotless room. Excellent location, right off high street where there are lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. Highly recommended the pizza in Verona down the road. Kitchenette facilities were very useful and clean; we arrived between lunch and dinner time so was great to pick up some food at the Sainsburys that's two minutes away and use the kitchen facilities. Great communication and instructions from host. Very good value and would stay again.
