Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff went above and beyond. Very friendly and thoughtful. We slept in a beautiful room that was spacious and comfortable but continued to have the old world charm we were looking for with modern conveniences. The food was really delicious, reasonably priced and great drinks. It's obviously used by locals and their pups which we loved to see. We weren't right in Oxford but within very easy distance either by car or bus and we used both. It's a really beautiful town and one of our favourite places to stay in our 7 week holiday. They have a few sister pubs in other towns and because of the good experience at the Bear and Ragged Staff we had lunch or dinner there. They were really good as well but this was the best.

Super easy check in and check out. Superb kitchen amenities made cooking fun. Cosy rooms. Beds super comfy. The private open garage attached to the flat was very convenient for those who drives and in need of a free car park and a safe space for their cars. The whole flat was squeaky clean. Definitely would recommend this flat to anyone who is visiting Oxford. Kudos to owner. Enjoyed the flat immensely. Simply exceptional!

Large two bedroom apartment perfect for a short stay, felt like a home away home. The place is super clean and tidy, beds are comfortable, kitchen is modern, large living room, and the whole ambiance made the stay feel wonderfully pleasant. Really excellent. You get a detatched seperate area all to your self, including bath room and kitchen. You can also control the heating all by yourself. Milk, tea and coffee was kindly provided, as well as a dedicated parking space :)

Sabine is a wonderful old barn conversion with beamed ceilings from the old barn. The room was decorated sympathetically with a special area to sit and relax. Tea and coffee making facilities were there as were wine glasses for our bottle of wine, excellent. The bathroom was clean and had a bath and a very good large shower. We had breakfast which was very good too.
