Gorgeous manor house and spacious twin room. It was just lovely and we had a walk around the grounds which was nice too. Lots of parking, easy check in. Lots of pubs in the area to have dinner at. Great location for visiting L Spa and Warwick which is what we were doing. We would stay again if we were going to be in the area. Breakfast was lovely too.

Such a lovely room, everything had been thought of from fresh milk and bottles of water in the fridge. Porridge and breakfast cereal. Microwave, small fridge with freezer compartment. Lovely view. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The property was immaculately clean.

Hedley Guesthouse is a little gem. A home away from home. Check-in process: Martha was an exceptional host. Check-in was very quick and a room upgrade was kindly provided upon arrival. Location: Just out of town - perfect to walk in within 10 minutes, but also in a quiet residential area for a good nights' sleep. Quality: Room had all the required amenities and more. The beds were super comfortable, and the room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was great - they had a selection of cereals, pastries and juices, and a hot breakfast was also offered. Overall, exceeded my expectations. I'll be back here again!

Staff were amazing, lady working there (sorry I didn’t get her name) even offered to drive us to the church, for the wedding we were there for, as I was wearing a new pair of shoes. Breakfast especially the fruit salad was also.better than most places we have stayed. Very handy for shops and bars and also a stroll by the river.

Our room was large, very clean and on the ground floor which was great as we brought our small dog. The bathroom was also large, clean and with a great big mirror and super lighting for putting on makeup. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was lovely and quiet. We stayed two nights and felt so rested when we left. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the food served in the bar area was delicious. Definitely, one of the best hotels that we have ever stayed in.
