Absolutely everything, the professionalism of the staff, the amazing scenic view from the room (number 1 and number 3 as we decided to stay an extra night), the amazing bed. They were also very accommodating with our dog, and the dog walk around the hotel is marvellous! The restaurant food was also really great! And so was the breakfast! Thank you

Honestly one of the nicest places we stayed in. Everything was perfect! Location was spot on, breakfast was fab and Carol was an amazing host. We were quite late arriving on our first night due to traffic delays but Carol was still around in the evening to check us in and let us know where everything was etc. The location is a short walk from Keswick centre and perfectly located to major roads if driving to any local hikes etc. Couldn't recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back!

The car park had plenty of spaces. The room was spotless and more spacious than other properties in the same price bracket that we have stayed at. It is a very quiet location. Ideal base for walking. Breakfast was excellent. The only potential downside is that if you want to eat or drink in Keswick then it is about a 20 minute brisk walk into town - we were fine with that but not everyone will be.

The parking space was a good bonus as parking in Keswick can be a nightmare. The location was ideal and we could get into the main square in 5 minutes through Fitz park across the road. We really enjoyed our stay here.
