Absolutely everything. The place felt and smelled clean, the interior was very cozy and welcoming. Debbie the host made all 4 of us feel ‘at home’ instantly. The bedrooms is a good size, very comfortable to sleep in. I personally loved the slippers and bathrobes available in the rooms. Made it feel like a spa. After taking a hot shower in the very cozy bathroom (which both of our rooms had) you can slip into the bathrobe, lay in the bed or perhaps make a cup of tea, hot coco or coffee, then heat a heating pad and BAM, instant and maximum coziness. Don’t get me started on the breakfast. It had all the heart desired. FRESHLY hot cooked eggs, bacon, sausage and grilled tomato. Croissants, a variety of bread, all kind of cereals, some yoghurt and freshly cut strawberries and blueberries. There was juice, coffee and tea of course, and immaculate vibes. Nothing beats Debbie’s place, but SHE is the one making the place a perfect cozy place to stay. Would recommend 10/10. Her sweet and welcoming personality really is the best cherry on the top. Thank you for everything Debbie!!

Beautiful location, play park for the kids, place was spotless, even a breakfast hamper and everything you would need was there. Hot tub was perfect and logs provided for fire pit with the added option to buy more

The location is excellent for local attractions and access to road networks. Whilst being on an industrial estate is not the most scenic location it does mean that it is very quiet at night. Only negative for me was I found the mattress and pillows to be too firm. But the room was very clean and shower was excellent. By far the best thing about the hotel is the reception staff. All so happy, lovely and friendly. Thank you to all

Beautiful apartment as described with parking readily available to the front of the property. Very well equipped with a wide range of appliances. All worked perfectly. Very clean and tidy on our arrival. A shared private garden sitting out area was available with a range of seating and tables including a covered wooden gazeebo. This was a perfect location from which to explore the Falkirk area.

Location was ideal for what we needed, low cost but had every thing you need- comfy bed and a locked door! The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming, facilities are just what you need! Very cosy and slept brilliantly!

Very clean, quiet, comfortable, & friendly. Great choice for business or a road trip stopover. Location to Kelpies … easy 10 minute walk. Easy to get onto motorway for travel to either Glasgow or Edinburgh. Spotlessly clean. Staff are immediately welcoming, warm & happy to answer questions & provide a little local knowledge. Free parking. Good WiFi. Very quiet at night - absolutely no disturbances or traffic noise whatsoever.
