Very clean, well-kept, spotless. Location is central, close by to markets, shops, restaurants, bus stations. Coventry Station is 15 minutes walk. Ana the owner is very responsive and easily reachable. She and her husband greeted us on arrival.

The location was very convenient for our needs - right in the city centre and close to lots of shops and restaurants. The room was fairly basic, but spotless and very comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The cooked breakfast was excellent, though let down by rather horrid coffee from a machine. (By way of compensation, there was a Nespresso machine in our room.) All the staff were polite and friendly and wew were very impressed by the way the receptionist dealt with a complaint from an unhappy customer over the phone whilst we were there.

Absolutely spotless rooms with very modern facilities. Bathroom had nice full bottles of shampoo/shower gel and extra toilet paper. Kitchen had plenty cutlery/utensils/cleaning supplies. Cheaper than other hotels and in a great location close to the city centre Accommodating hosts for late check in at no extra charge, friendly and straight forward
