There were no stairs that I had to drag my luggage up. It was a last minute stay because trains were delayed due to servier weather conditions. The place was great, close to the railway, which is the only place I saw.

nice, tidy, clean. was a great stay. nice having the restaurant nearby. staff were great and were friendly and helpful. organising is a taxi for early the next day and our request to take ice back to our room. would stay again (although next time I’d make the most of the great shopping malls nearby!)

We enjoyed staying here. We were so surprised by the cleanliness, for a hostel it was impeccable! Location was great, so close to the castle and the park. In true honesty we really like that the bathroom and shower room were on the hall. The room was pretty big and the beds really comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was very pleasantly surprised at the bar prices, as we attended a wedding within the hotel, and couldn't believe what they were charging, I did expect to be paying alot more per drink. Would recommend the Best Western at any time to anyone.
