This has to be the highlight of my 16 days trip through the baltics, finland and scandinavia. It's a small private run B&B in an old building, but Elina was simply amazing and nice. For just 5€ you get a fantastic breakfast with bread, ham, cheese, butter, cucumbers and even a yoghurt and juice. For that price, Finland is expensive, truely a hidden gem! If I'll ever be back in Tornio I'll stay there again.

For us it was a very wonderful and unusual experience. Ideal for people who often have thoughts "what if" :) because of the unusual interior and history of the building. I was delighted :) As for practical things: very flexible check-in (we arrived late and checked in without problems), there is a small kitchen, a refrigerator, a kettle. Nice clean private bathroom with a shower. Comfortable beds, fresh linen and towels. Lots of space, spacious. Mosquito nets on the windows. And also we had two dogs with us:) Beautiful nature, a view of the river and you can see horses nearby. If we are in those parts again, we would gladly stay there again :)
