The decor was charming, it was a beautiful log cabin styled home. I love that there was always mood lighting like candles around the place. The hosts were so kind and went above and beyond in every way possible. The location, while it was a while from Rovaniemi, it offered peace and serenity AND you can see the northern lights right there from the property instead of paying for an excursion. We recommend booking a rental car so you have total independence. The breakfast was delicious and the hosts kindly let us access coffee/tea throughout the day. The sauna was fantastic also! Definitely add this to your stay :)

Communication with Hugo the host was great. He sent us all the info about the appartment and offered to help if we had any questions regarding our trip and what to do around. The place was spotless, very well decorated and functional. We loved the sauna, kitchen was great and bedding really comfortable. Location was also ideal, walking distance to the city centre (25-30min) but still in a quiet neighbourhood and not far from the river.

The beds were super comfy, shower was great, kitchen is big and clearly marked and sauna was perfect! Everything was very clean. Great location as well, only 5-10min walk and you’re in the centre.

A very nice apartment in an ideal location. Close to tour operators, bus stops, shops and the centre of town. The host was very friendly and knowledgeable. The apartment was very clean and well appointed.

Although Motelli Rovaniemi is far from the most luxurious of accommodation available in the area it offers great value for money. It's location is more suited to people with transport but there is an adequate though not too frequent bus service with bus stops in both directions a few meters from the reception. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and had all the basics covered. I would say Motelli Rovaniemi is ideal for people on a budget or planning a short stay. We would definitely consider staying again.

Llona was a pleasure to deal with and the Appartment was in the perfect location for us, as a family for 5 . Near all the shops and restaurants, and of course the bus stop to take you to either Santa claus village or Santa Park. The Appartment was very clean and comfortable and very cosy and warm . Would highly recommend.

Very clean, spacious apartment! Near to local shopping centre, McDonald’s, pizza places, supermarket, about 15 min drive from Santa park & Santa village. 20 min from airport, taxi only around €25/30. So good location. Has a storage room for €10 per unit per day (ideal for check in/check out day). Apartment was well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, hoover, even things like sponge, washing up liquid etc. very lovely stay! Highly recommend & will use again in the future
