This is the best and most cozy hotel I visited, all the staff is very kind and helpful. It so happened that my birthday was during the vacation, I received a a lot of congratulations and a piece of a cake. What about the service, the service is at the best level !!! Everywhere clean and very beautiful) The rooms were cleaned every day, clean towels and the shiny mirrors. Breakfast is a separate topic, I, as a person not a fan of omelet, ate it everyday till the end. It was excellent and very tasty. Cocoa was delicious. Vegetarian options were also presented. The hotel also had a sauna, a great place to relax after a long day. You can also play billiards or take a board game, or a book to read. There were delicious sweets at the reception and a very nice and kind girl. The chef has always been sociable, offered different breakfast options! All the workers were just lovely.

Beautiful big and modern very clean apartment in new apartment block very near city centre. Very comfortable bed and sofa , everything we needed and more ( even some food , oil etc ) in the kitchen. Lovely big bathroom with sauna. Although it was freezing outside, apartment is well insulated with double windows, double doors and it was warm and cozy inside. Excellent communication with lovely owner , she even let us check in an hour earlier as we were tired and cold. Beautiful big balcony too. We loved our stay there and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable high quality accommodation in Rovanienmi. And oh , chocolates on bed to welcome us and yummy biscuits were such nice surprise , thank you so much :)

Amazing place! Location is fantastic because it’s directly in front of the bus stop and glued to the supermarket. You can also walk to the Santa Claus Village, the path is beautiful. Important to note: we weren’t able to find the city bus routes in Google maps, but the bus from the city center to the hostel is bus 8 direction Arctic Circle. When returning from the hostel to the rail station, consider the time, it took us more than 45 minutes. We also caught a glimpse of the aurora from the front of the hostel!!! Unfortunately it was too cloudy to see more. Rovaniemi is an expensive place, so this was the most cost effective place we found.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was clean, good location(only 10-15 mins from city and Santa Claus village but far enough to avoid the light pollution so good view of northern lights). The host was fantastic and a lovely gentleman. We had what we needed, was very warm inside.

I have never seen such a hostel that cares about the customers so much. The hostel has all the equipment which a traveler can need. For example because of the cold my hands got dried badly. I used the hand creams which are put in the sinks by the hostel. I liked the place and met very nice people. Thanx for everything.

Communication with Hugo the host was great. He sent us all the info about the appartment and offered to help if we had any questions regarding our trip and what to do around. The place was spotless, very well decorated and functional. We loved the sauna, kitchen was great and bedding really comfortable. Location was also ideal, walking distance to the city centre (25-30min) but still in a quiet neighbourhood and not far from the river.

Greta value for money! Especially if you are looking for a cheaper place to stay that still ticks all the boxes. Facilities were great! The beds were super comfy, shower was great, kitchen is big and clearly marked and sauna was perfect! Everything was very clean. Great location as well, only 5-10min walk and you’re in the centre.

Although Motelli Rovaniemi is far from the most luxurious of accommodation available in the area it offers great value for money. It's location is more suited to people with transport but there is an adequate though not too frequent bus service with bus stops in both directions a few meters from the reception. Staff were helpful and friendly and the room was clean and had all the basics covered. I would say Motelli Rovaniemi is ideal for people on a budget or planning a short stay. We would definitely consider staying again.

Llona was a pleasure to deal with and the Appartment was in the perfect location for us, as a family for 5 . Near all the shops and restaurants, and of course the bus stop to take you to either Santa claus village or Santa Park. The Appartment was very clean and comfortable and very cosy and warm . Would highly recommend.
