The location and the room were amazing. A dream on hearth seeing the stars and the northern lights from the bed. Nonetheless the breakfast was not really good. On a side note the sauna was really pleasant

This is an amazing place to withdraw from the buzy hustle and bustle of your everyday life. Being left all alone in your hut with the most amazing sauna by a small creek surrounded by 120 dogs makes you slow down and appreciate life. Sustainable living at its best. will definately be back!

It is a perfect location for people loving wilderness, and Owner is extremely helpful. Be prepared to do without usual facilities, like running water (but the lake is a few steps away) and conventional bathroom. But having sauna in the woods is awesome.

The apartment is cozy, clean, new, fully furnished with all the appliances. It is a 10-15min walk from markets, restaurants, bus station and Ivalo centre. Perfect location for both practical and calm stay. It is equipped with floor heating, so it was warm all the time! Ilkka, the host, is very friendly, responsive and made our stay amazing. We booked all off the activities through him: reindeer farm visit with a sledge ride, snowmobile safari in the wilderness, aurora hunting by car (we saw them many times :) ), husky safari, all of them were spectacular. All in all, the best trip of our lives!
