I can’t find focus on only one of the things I liked most in the apartment. First nice smell, cleanliness, a ceiling lamp with a fan in the bedroom, cold mugs waiting for us, beer in the fridge, wine, all the necessary spices, and toiletries. The neighborhood is quiet, intimate, and of course, Alejandro, who offered us good advice. I highly recommend it.

Apartment is super cozy and tidy, I really loved the view from the balcony- there were so peaceful and calm, the landlady- Eleonora is super warming and lovely lady, in general my stay was amazing

Superb apartment, very well equipped, fairly new and smart. The apartment and the stairs, lift etc. are meticulously clean. Very comfy bed, spacious rooms, good walk in showe with plenty pf hot water. Thr host, Eleanora, is very helpful efficient. All communication promptly answered. Check in & out very straight forward. A great find in lovely Playa San Juan.

Very good and central location, next to restaurants and beach. New appartment in 1st floor. Very clean, all you need available including large fridge. 2x bed rooms to the backyard, 2x bad rooms, small balkony. The parking in the Garage is also an advantage.

We loved our stay in Alicia's apartment. It was spotless with all the facilities we could need. Alicia stayed in close contact and even tolerated my attempt at Spanish! Perfectly located to drive around the South of the island and even explore Mt Teide. The local town has a post office, supermarkets and beach all within walking distance. Having off the road parking was a luxury that kept our hired car cool throughout our stay. The small balcony was ideal for breakfasts in the morning sun.
