The location of the accommodation is absolutely great, there are plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. 3 minutes walk from the apartment is a large parking lot, which is free. Mr Javier was very nice and when we had a problem he always tried to help us.

The host was super kind and always available fast if there was any question during and also before the booking, she was really motivated to fulfill all requests like a portable heating if needed, new towels, early check-in without extra-charge and asked several times if we need anything else. The appartment is located very close to the beach between city center and Loro Park (both about 10-15 minutes walking which is perfect in my opinion). There are two shops directly at the building that open early and close late and they are only slightly more expensive than the normal supermarket (also have kind employees there) If you really want to look for every cent you can also go to Alteza in the city which is a big normal supermarket and is also only 10-15 minutes by walking. Also some nice foodplaces are around the building, especially santi's grill (best burgers i had so far and i am eating many of them 😉) The appartment itself has everything you need (waterkettle, microwave, capsule-machine for coffee, toaster, pans, dishes, plates and also basic thing like plastic-wrap, aluminiumpaper, salt/pepper, sugar, oil, some herbs) for at least 4 people. Only the oven isn't working, but you do not need it if there is a microwave and stoves My girlfriend and me were staying there as a couple, my dad and a friend of him were staying in another pension in the city and often came to us for breakfast (i will send pictures for better imagination). It also has a big balcony with a table, a bank and two chairs which was more than enough for the 4 of us to have breakfast in the morning outside. Inside is enough space too. And the local food (fuits, cheese, ham, chorizo, bakeries etc.) is tasting great, i prefer it over every hotel-buffet. What can i say, the name is fitting and although it seems comparable simple, you have all what you need for a really good price

Fantastic location, small, but extremely cosy apartment, newly refurbished, decorated with taste. Has all essentials you need for your stay. Even beach towels, beach umbrellla, various games etc provided. Very nice gesture of white wine and 2 bottles of water. The view is fantastic! The host is very prompt to respond. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures — clean, cozy, and beautifully arranged. Everything was spotless and well prepared for guests. Incredible view and location, the room was spotlessly clean and the staff helpful and friendly. Absolutely huge bed which was great. MInibar in the room actually had complimentary drinks which I have never really seen in a hotel before, not a huge deal but definitely a nice touch. Breakfast was good for the price.

A lovely apartment, equipped with all you could need. Very clean. The balcony is alongside two sides of the building, and so the sun shines all day. Rooftop views of Mount Tiede and the sea. Ideal location, very central, close to the main square for restaurants. No far from the harbour. Quiet sunroof swimming pool with lots of sun loungers. We will return at the earliest opportunity.

The hotel was fantastic very clean and cleaners were very trustworthy despite being my first holiday and worried about leaving things around cleaners were very amazing and made the room spotless. Great location and in walking distance of town centre. There were activities for everyone throughout the day. Despite being at a different hotel and not being happy there moving to this hotel was amazing

This was our second visit to the Hotel Bambi, and it definitely won't be our last. It is in a ideal location for everything. The rooms are spotlessly clean and have everything in them that you need.

The location was perfect and it was exceptional value for money. The cost of staying for a week is cheaper than a 1 night stay at a budget hotel in Key West Florida!! The apartment is very well equipped and we will definitely check for availability when we visit Puerto de la cruz in future.
