This was an exceptional facility. The apartment was clean, modern, and stylish. Ivan, the host, was really helpful, and incredibly patient. He dealt with any enquiry efficiently. Even though we were significantly delayed due to a flight delay and traffic, Luis and Vanesa were incredibly accommodating, meeting us at the property to hand over the keys. They were exceptionally kind, some of the kindest people I've ever met. Despite the language barrier, we communicated effectively through Google Translate, which worked seamlessly. A thoughtful basket of local snacks and beers welcomed us, and Luis went above and beyond, dedicating extra time to help us secure an appropriate and safe parking spot for our van. We felt truly pampered!
