The hotel was beautiful, the room was modern with a stunning little terrace. There were two pools on offer including a smaller one and a very large one across the road. The staff were so friendly and checking in and out was a breeze.

Alejandro ensured we had a pleasant stay and we're well looked after. The room including garden was spotless. Breakfast was served and even the bed was made including new towels. We highly recommend staying here.

It was unclear initially which door to use as there were 2. The instructions on Booking.com said enter code and turn deadbolt to the left, is was actually RIGHT. We had call the owner to let us in.

Perfect location to the old town, 10 min walk from bus station, 20 min walk to the port and then a wonderful walk along the seafront to arenal beach. There are so many wonderful restaurants in the old town, port and arenal beach you struggle to choose which one to go in. The apartment is absolutely spotless and smells wonderful from the minute you walk in. The beds and pillows are really comfy we had amazing sleeps. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook should you wish to do so. The kitchen also has a dish washer which is a bonus. A small store room outside holds the washing machine with an ironing board and iron, there are 2 airers which is great if you have a lot of clothes that dry. There is a huge outside area with a comfy seating area, settee and foldable loungers.What more could you ask for. With two bathrooms there is no arguing who's going in first. One bathroom has a really good shower and the other has a bath with a shower both are a really good size. The lounge is a good size with a large dinning table and settee, along with a smart tv with stacks of channels in an array of languages that will suit anyone visiting. Amanda and pete are great hosts we had a little issue that fell on bank holiday but they arrived at the apartment and the issue was resolved, Their attention to detail and care of their visitors is second to non. We will be returning and i highly recommend this property to anyone visiting javea.

We stayed for 3 weeks and it was our best choice ! Apartments is very clean and equipped with everything, which you are even not expecting to get, like olive oil, coffee, shower gel, pepper, air mattress etc. very comfortable beds, kitchen has even blender, coffee machine, toaster !!! We felt as at home ! flat itself is very comfortable, good balcony, during our stay swimming pool was almost empty, very nice garden, elevator, park just over here - really all you need. And location is perfect for Arenal, supermarket and restaurants. Plenty of parking places nearby. It was a wonderful stay and I want to come back again and again. Thanks to the owners for my great experience

This is a fabulous gem of a hotel. The staff are so helpful, rooms are kept spotlessly clean every day. Food is exceptional. Its location in the port suits us perfectly and there is so much to do and lots of different places to eat. This is our third stay here. We will definitely be back

Location was fantastic and the apartment itself was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The lovely host was great and checked us in and out smoothly, even our late arrival was no trouble. Would happily recommend this property and gladly stay again. Thank you for a fab stay!

I genuinely can’t fault this property for the price. It’s in an ideal location and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The pool area was nice and quiet during our stay (June) and you’re also a 2 minute walk to the beachfront, so you have the best of both worlds. The host has genuinely gone out of her way to ensure that the apartment has everything you may need, which was great for us when choosing to have lunch on the balcony etc instead of eating out.
