This hotel was like a 4 to 5 star 🌟 for me and my husband. Best holiday so far. The location was brilliant for us with bus-stop right by the hotel. Getting to Madrid Central was very easy on the metro L12 and L3. The reception staff are very helpful and brilliant. Deborah the house cleaner and others were very helpful. A very big thanks for making our holiday a memorable one. The hotel was brilliantly clean. It is a new hotel with beautiful fragrance. More importantly is the provision of free snacks, tea, coffee, chocolate and water. The location is fantastic with shops, restaurants and supermarkets around. We love 😍 the environment. We stayed 7 nights and we really do enjoyed our stay and holiday at B&B Retail Park, Fuenlabrada, Madrid. We look forward to go back. I strongly recommend this hotel.

They offered us to use the freezer in their kitchen. We could freeze our water bottles overnight for the sightseeing on the next day. The staff (both at reception and cleaning staff) were very kind and polite. There is a bath tab in my room :) My friends told that they have one in their room too. The room including the bath room is very clean. The location is very good. It is very near from both metro and railway stations. And a big shopping center with a huge supermarket (opened until 22:00) is exactly next to the hotel.

We stayed in this excellent quality/price hotel. The room and the entire hotel were spotlessly clean. The room has a nice bathroom with a large and pleasant shower, a comfortable bed, a fridge with complimentary water. The breakfast buffet holds everything for a good price. The hotel has free parking. Thanks to the wonderful staff we had a good stay in Madrid. We will definitely be back next time

The place is brand new, well equipped, only the frying pan is toxic forever PFAS chemical (non-stick) coated and kitchen utensils from toxic plastic, the rest is stainless steel, so perfectly usable. The entire place is of an ideal size, very clean with commercial fully adjustable AC. It was below 10C outside and the apartment was nice and toasty within 2h. Good water pressure, wifi, the lot, just a kitchen tea towel would be handy as using the provided paper towels is not very eco friendly.
