Stuff is so friendly and helpful. Food is amazing (I'm a vegetarian, and I always had a huge selection of dishes to suit my taste. Beach is huge and clean. And even if it's storm in sea, I had the opportunity to swim in shallow water. Animators team is always suggest you a good clubs to spend a night of fun. I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel is large ... big rooms .good furnature.. Many places to put your things in .. very nice .. nice beach .. the hotel at the open sea . wonderfull . All rooms with sea view. .. good variety of food .. the food is clean and tasty .. bakery is marvellous thanks to the chef .. all staff is more than excellent .. best staff among hotels ..very polite .. helpful .. service is excellent in all departments .. I thank specially Mr.JORDIAN JOSEPH the reception manger .. he is so helpfull ..very welcoming.. did his best efforts to make us pleased.. .. also thanks to Mr. Ramy manger of restraunts.. Mr. Ahmed ragab .. Mr. Mo hamed Eissa..in restsurant.. Mr. Amr elsayed the house keeper .. he took good care of our rooms and very clean . Very polite ..and descent Mr . Mohamed abedlrahman.. Mr. IBRAHIM IN THE concierge I recomend this hotel .. will come back again

Fantastic service and all of the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The manager was very good and accomidating. The hotel was very clean and well kept and there were a large variety of food options and they were all very tasty. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony and the room's door block all outside noise and the air con is very adjustable. The location is nearby to many places. The swimming pool is also incredibly nice and relaxing and the lounge is comfortable and large.

The hotel is quite big, the location is excellent, about 20 minutes by car from the airport and has a very clean private beach equipped with every service. The pools are very nice and the facility is spotless. In particular thanks to Mohamed Soudi who cleaned my room every day, very kind. The service is excellent, all the staff members are very kind, in particular Mohamed Gamal (who speaks also Italian language very well) is a very nice and kind person. Thanks also to all the staff of the diving center, in particular to Mustafa and Emil.

Location for this price was amazing. Last minute deals are even cheaper. You can get breakfast in the local restaurant for $3 buffet and dinner for $5. Staff was amazing, always helpful. The guy at the security gate was always smiling and so helpful. Please take some little bag of sweets for local children especially when you go for trips.
