The hospitality is extraordinary. First day we arrived just after lunch hours, after understanding we’ve not had lunch and would like some snacks, the hotel staff and chef made us a full table meal, from pasta to grilled aubergine and peppers - all super delicious. I’m vegetarian and since stepping into this hotel, all the chefs have said hi and introduced themselves to me, triple checking everyday to make sure I was satisfied with the food served. They always say to let them know if I want anything in particular and they’ll make for me. We also asked if there’s any guava fruits we could have, and Sammy the general manager of the hotel, brought a bag full of fresh guava just for us. The fruit was fresh and delicious - photo taken together with the fruit palette delivered to our hotel room in the evening.

Mr Hassan and his collegues from the reception, and also all the other employees at the resort, are very kind and friendly. Every time I'm there, they truly do their very best, to make my stay the most comfortable as possible. I love the spacious, comfortable and light rooms. It's very clean everywhere. The food is great. Fayrouz has a very nice house reef for snorkeling, and it's great that Marsa Mubarak is only 20 min walk away: this is a bay where there are big sea turtles. I keep coming back, and now my friends are too.

Our stay was amazing! The apartment was perfectly clean, with fresh towels and bathroom amenities provided. We were welcomed with a bowl of fruit and a stocked mini bar. The view from the comfy sofa on the balcony overlooking the pool was just stunning. What I appreciated the most was the 100% cleanliness, everything was spotless! The host was very kind and friendly.

We had a very nice stay at the Jaz Elite Riviera. The staff is very friendly and helpful in all circumstances. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the food a lot. There is a large food buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner times. However, also between these there are the possibilities to order food at a late breakfast and lunch at other restaurants at the pool and the beach. We prefer local food, but there is a great variability in joices and plenty of western food, but also some Arabic dishes to chose from. The beach is beautiful and plenty of sunbeads are available and there is even services for drinks delivered directly to you at the beach. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

Highly recommend this amazing hotel! The location is perfect, located at the grass area where the Dugongs and turtles feed. I stayed here for three nights and I was luckily enough to see both. The staff were all super friendly and helpful in all locations on the resort. I always felt like I was being cared for by the staff. The food and house wine at this hotel are 10/10 this is a big part of my selection when choosing a hotel and this hotel delivers to a very high standard. The room was a very good size and the shower in the bathroom is fantastic, lots of room! The hotel in general is very clean and maintained. I will be returning to Jaz Elite Amara. I love it here!

Excellent location , my balcony had a magnificent view over the marina . Great sized pool , one you can actually swim in . The suites were well equipped , in fact you could self cater if you wanted , as there is a kitchen area . Very friendly and helpful staff . All in all an ideal spot for Port Ghalib

Our stay started with an excellent reception, at reception, given by Abdulfattah, our room was spacious and the beds comfortable. It would have been nice to have the very open space in the room filled with a few chairs or a table as it was quite odd to have such a spacious room with so little in it. That said the beds were VERY comfortable, Mahmoud the room guy kept it spotless and we were very comfortable. Food was superb, drinks good and location exceptional. We will be back.

Everything was perfect! The hotel is in a great location, the rooms were very clean, had all the amenities we needed and the bed was extra comfortable! The staff was very welcoming and happy to help with a smile! So many activities and fun things to do. We also kept receiving complementary gifts to the rooms! The food was impeccable and quite diverse. We highly recommend the hotel and we'll come back for sure!
