great location, the lady at the reception is very polite and attentive. She provided us with a lot of useful information. We will gladly come back here again :) A very interesting town, the hotel is very suitable for families with small children - the interior of the rooms was created specially. Also nearby is a huge park with lots of swings. Сonvenient free parking near the hotel.

We got the key from the lock box, it took us some time to find the box, because we arrived in the late evening, it was all dark. The apartment is very clean and spacious, and the floor heating is comfortable. The kitchen is completed with everything what you need, even with oil, salt, pepper, and baking paper, etc. You can walk from the aprtment to the Heide Park, about 15-20 min. Parking space just in front of the house. We would definitely come back again.

We felt very welcome from the start. Part of our entourage fell ill during our stay and the host was very helpful by letting us have a late checkout and by finding accommodation for the following night (as they were already booked). Clean, spacey, quiet and practical flat with everything we needed. I would strongly recommend for anyone.

Such a nice apartment! Stayed there with my family for a week and it really felt like a home, we longed for nothing. It was clean, comfortable and full of amenities, making the stay comfortable and stress free. The host was nice as well and it was clear she put a lot of love and effort into the apartment. Would recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in the Lünerburger Heide!
