EVERYTHING!!! This smart apartment surpassed our expectations. We were amazed by wireless charging and modern bluetooth speaker units (also included in the mirror of the bathroom) - owner's advice on where this modern unit can be bought will be highly appreciated :). Cozy bed, fully equipped kitchen, friendly staff and perfect location for a tourist or anybody who wants to use public transportation instead of renting a car. Every transport is close to the hotel - Metro, S-Bahn and bus. We will definitely visit Rioca again!!

Everything was great. Easy to reach location, well equipped, impeccably clean. It’s in a green and fairly quiet neighbourhood, there are several restaurants and bakeries around. There’s also a grocery store in the building. The air conditioning is working well, though we did bot need to use it after a while, the weather cooled down.

The hosts are truly the best we’ve ever met—so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We were greeted with such warmth, it felt like visiting family. - The house was located outside the center in a very quite and full of trees location. - Stefanie was really nice, helpful and very polite. - The house was very clean, had a kitchen with everything someone needs for cooking, clean towels and bath accessories. Also a really nice garden just next to the entrance. - Arround 10 minutes walking from the S-bahn. Next to the stop there was a supermarket, a lovely bakery and a Chinese restaurant - Also provided an invoice for the company.
