I cannot say anything positive about this apartment because we never managed to get inside. The check-in time was from 15:00, but we received no access information at all. We had agreed to check in at 14:00, but the response from Booking only came at 17:30. Because of this, my family and I had to drive back home — 300 km one way — as there were no other available hotels that day. We waited for two hours near the property, but nobody contacted us or helped. Therefore, I absolutely cannot recommend this accommodation. The host did not offer any apology or compensation, and the compensation proposed by Booking was absolutely ridiculous — I have attached photos as proof.

On our arrival we were personally welcomed by the very friendly hosts. The appartment is new, nicely decorated and comfortable enough for 4 persons. It has a large kitchen and bathroom and is situated in a quiet neighborhood of characteristic Loket. A delicious breakfast is included and delivered in a basket outside the room every morning. We highly recommend.
