The check-in process was easy and the host was very nice. Generally, the apartment is very clean and has a very great view (especially during sunset). Just a short walk to the “core” of Protaras with many restaurants and bars. Definitely a comfortable stay overall.

An excellent stay at Alena's place. She wil welcome you and go the extra mile to help you! (Thank you ) The house is modern, the room clean and the location is excellent. A couple of somehow wild bays or beaches. Very quiet area but still a couple of restaurants around. The bus stops close by and Alena helped me rent a bike for 3 days. All in all, an arty and hearty place!

This was one of the most comfortable hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. It was beautiful and super clean! We had a sea view room with a nice terrace. We were so happy to stay there for three nights, we felt like we could really rest and enjoy our holidays. And big win for us, the amazing breakfast!

Supernice and clean studio. It seems very recently renovated and has a good vibe to it. I made an error on the date of the booking and the staff was super quick to help and get us in an appartment within a few minutes anyway. Thanks so much! Would love to stay longer another time. Great location.. On the main strip with lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. It is in the “buzzy” part of Protaras so lots of people around the evening, but the rooms facing the pool are quiet so you can’t notice it (request one of these if you want an early night). Bus stop right outside the apartment which was very convenient for travelling around if you want to explore the area (15-20 mins to Green Bay and Konnos Bay). It was a 5 min walk to a lovely beach / promenade. Fig Tree bay (one of the most popular beaches in Cyprus) was a 15 min walk away which isn’t far at all, but I actually preferred the beach closer to the apartment :) The room was spacious and had a balcony. Aircon worked well too. Giorgos was very friendly and helpful.. I was able to leave my bag at reception and use the pool until I left for Larnaca at like 4pm, thank you again!

The owner is very pleasant and easily accessible. In 10 days, towels were changed twice, while bed linen was changed once, free of charge. The apartment comes with all kitchen appliances and utensils. Additionally, there is an iron available in the apartment.
