Axiotheia is an absolute gem. Family run hotel with a good location in Paphos. 30 minutes walk to the seafront, 5 minutes walk to a Zorba bakery, next to two excellent restaurants (Muse and Koutourou Ouzeri) and with it's own free parking for guests. The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. I thought the hygiene standards were higher than in several 4-star hotels I've stayed. Rooms come with fridge and good-sized closet. Breakfast is served in a big room with a view over Paphos. For vegans and vegetarians, the breakfast has hummus, tahini, olives, cucumber, tomatoes, fruit salad, olives, cake, different cheeses, eggs and bread. The people who run the hotel are very friendly and welcoming. I can only recommend this place!

I want everyone to read and know what happiness they will find here! The host George was a gift from heaven who helped us in the difficult situation we found ourselves in when we had to return home! First, I will write something about the apartment which delighted us in a few words! Spacious, modern, fragrant, beautiful interior garden with a swimming pool, a terrace for relaxation, a quiet neighborhood and at the same time very close to the main promenade with restaurants, bars, shops. Very comfortable bed and sofa. I was especially pleased with the quality of the towels and fragrant linen. We were greeted by several bottles of drinking water, toilet paper for at least 10 days, cleaning products (it means a lot to me when I come to the apartment and am greeted by a sponge for washing dishes and washing up liquid). The kitchen is equipped with everything you may need during your stay. An apartment that I will definitely return to when I return to Paphos! George was available even before our arrival. We were in contact and he welcomed us and introduced us to the apartment to give us all the necessary information and guidelines such as what to see and where to eat. In our situation, we realized how important it is to get to know the owner of the apartment and to have someone you can trust if, God forbid, you need it like we did. Our daughter got sick at the airport before returning home and they took us to the general hospital by ambulance. We had already left George's apartment. He was not obligated to help us, but as soon as we sent him a message and explained the situation, he stepped in. He picked us up at the hospital, drove us around Paphos to find a pharmacy since it was a holiday to find medicine, drove my husband back to the hospital, helped us find other accommodation since his apartment was full, brought our child 2 bags full of food. His calmness and positivity helped us cope with everything.

The apartment is very well equipped, it is very clean and it had everything we needed! The balcony has a great view and it was very nice to use at night. The apartment has a great location, everything was really close by - we walked where possible, or we took one of the buses if needed, as it is close to the bus station. Most of all the host George was more than welcoming, he was absolutely amazing!! He helped us with our stay, he advised us where should we go and how should we travel to every location that we asked for. The stay was an amazing experience, we couldn’t have asked for more.

The place is amazing, I simply can't recommend it enough. If I visit again, I will definitely stay there one more time. The apartment is pretty much new with every amentity you can think of (the only thing we couldn't find was a wine opener, but we probably missed it). It has air conditioning in every room and very comfortable beds. There is water in the fridge and supplied Starbucks coffe capusles. The host is more than amazing. We had some troubles and he was very helpful and answered almost immediately to all of our questions no matter how trivial. He let us stay on our final day till the afternoon, so we didn't have to move our luggage arond, since we had a late flight. And trust me, in July, in the heat there, there isn't anything more incredible.

We loved staying at Santa Barbara, and can’t wait to come back again next year. The design and the aesthetic of the villa was stunning. Everything was immaculate and well presented. Cleanliness was a big deal for me and the girls, and everything really was spotless. The location as well was perfect for us… we were so close to the water, but also not far away from some of the more traditional touristy stuff.

We visited the hotel in Feb 2024. Killer location for checking out the Paphos scene. Breakfast was decent, nothing fancy but got the job done. And can we talk about the price? Totally budget-friendly (for off-season). Room was spotless, plus snagged a cool view of the pool. Super chill vibes since it wasn't packed – some nights you could hear music and karaoke coming from the bar, but otherwise slept like a baby without any noise hassle.

The staff (Nicholas and the lady who dealt with us on our last day….sorry I didn’t get your name) couldn’t have been more helpful and nothing was a problem. Great location, easy walking to Lidl, restaurants, Tombs of the Kings, town and the harbour. Bus stop to coral bay just over the road. Apartment was a good size with cooking facilities, making for a more budget holiday if you don’t want to eat in restaurants every day. Pool area was great too.

The apartment was so lovely, very spacious and the 3 bathrooms was ideal for our family. The pools including jacuzzis was amazing. Everything was very clean and well kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful and for is the location was perfect, close enough to walk to many bars and restaurants and the harbour and beaches (approx 20mins) lovely restaurant just outside the complex and 2 shops for all essentials. We had a fantastic stay here and would highly recommend 😁
