The best stay in Larnaca! In terms of facilities, it had everything (iron, ironing board, hair dryer), the room was large, the wardrobes were more than enough, kitchen with everything necessary, large living room, large TV, fast internet and no problems. Perfect location, very quiet and a supermarket available in five minutes. In 7 business trips to Cyprus it is by far the best I have stayed and I will look to stay again. I recommend it to everyone.

The apartment has everything you could possibly need on your holiday and more. It can easily accommodate 5 people in two bedrooms. The apartment also has 2 balconies and air conditioning in every room. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking: sandwich maker, capsule coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, etc. In addition, there is a fridge and freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The pillows were quite high, but luckily there were a couple of lower pillows in the cupboard for those who are used to it. The pictures of the apartment are true to life. The house has an elevator, which is accessible directly from the street level. A bottle of wine was waiting on the table as a welcome gift, so we felt like we were expected guests. When we left, we met the host, who was just as friendly as we had understood through messages. The bus app he gave us in advance was helpful in planning bus schedules and getting around. You can get from the airport directly to the apartment by bus number 425. The same bus takes you to the city center and back. Similarly, the bus from the city center to the airport stops right by the house. It is worth buying a bus card at the airport for your vacation, e.g. a 7-day card for 1 person cost 25 euros, which allowed for smooth movement on the buses. The beaches are clean and there are services/restaurants etc. nearby, and you can also order drinks and food for the beach. There is a small shop downstairs where you can get the most important groceries. The only fruit available was almost only bananas and a couple of kiwis. So it is probably worth doing larger purchases elsewhere. Larnaca seemed like a safe place and the people were friendly. The apartment door works with a code, which we had a little trouble with at first, but we got immediate help from the host. The apartment provided a good setting for a successful holiday. We recommend it with my daughter.

Excellent house: new, spacious, modern, and very clean. The furniture and appliances have very good quality, a large sofa, dinning table, office and two big and comfortable beds. The house has a small and cozy garden and a lovely lemon tree. Location was great for us, in a quiet village very close to Larnaca; we had supermarkets nearby.

Very nice place to relax, apartment on the 3rd floor with a large view of the sea from a distance of about 2 km. To the nearest beach about 20 minutes on foot between beautiful residences. About 500m shops and a bus stop to Larnaca (for those without a car). Bus stop to Aya Napa about 2km. The apartment itself is refreshed and tastefully decorated with a parking space. As for us, a great place in a quiet place.

The apartment was clean, bright and it smelled good, like fresh paint. The sheets and the towels were clean. I like that we had access to everything you could possibly need in an apartment, from washing machine, pots, dishes, clean kitchen towels, coffee machine to a clothes iron. The 3 AC's were a huge help, as the weather was extremely hot at the time of out visit!!
