Everything is good. Awesome place! They have a bar, billiard, reading room, and amusements. Good workers, they speak English and always help you. I recommend staying here. And very good location, in the center and next to subway.

The hostel was beautiful, with a tearoom on the top floor and absolutely clean rooms. Breakfast was provided and there were a lot of drinks and snacks that you could take anytime throughout the day too - for free. This was truly great value for money.

Even though we were only there for two days we were very pleased with the location of the hotel, it is close to a park which is beautifully lit in the evening. Staff very helpful w warm thanks to the main manager David who looked after us very well until the very end he was very kind and courteous. I hope we can come back here again sometime .

Excellent hostel, clean and comfortable with super facilities. There were loads of staff, all helpful. Dorm beds are comfortable and the guests were observing the quiet hours. Shower and toilet blocks were big and kept very clean. The hostel has a bar and does a great value breakfast. There was music performances in the evening. Location is perfect - just beside the Bell Tower and shops and metro station. Best hostel I've stayed in.

This hostel exceeded my expectations. You need to exit from subway station C, then take the elevator from the lobby of Vienna Hotel.The staff were super friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. Would definitely recommend!

Great location, next to the center of Xi’an - Zhonglou, and the Zhonglou subway station. Many places of interest and nice restaurants are within walking distance. Very clean room. Nice staff.

The place it’s very nice and excellent location. Very clean and fine breakfast. With a little store in the lobby and a travel agency. Also some staff speak English which is very good and helpful.
