recently had the pleasure of staying and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment I walked through the door, I knew I had stumbled upon something special. The staff at the hostel especially Rachel are incredibly welcoming and friendly. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and were always ready to help with any questions or requests. Whether it was providing local recommendations, arranging activities, or just engaging in a friendly chat, their hospitality was outstanding. The atmosphere in this hostel is nothing short of magical. It's a place where travelers from all around the world come together, creating a diverse and lively community. Cleanliness is often a concern when staying in hostels, but I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms and common areas were spotless, and I appreciated the effort put into maintaining a hygienic environment. The beds were comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep every night. the breakfast is very delicious and they provide snack all day. In conclusion, the hostel exceeded my expectations in every way. It's not just a place to stay; it's a place to create lasting memories I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming atmosphere, clean and comfortable accommodations. We had an absolutely lovely stay at this hotel! Even though we arrived late at night, we were warmly welcomed – a big thank you for that. The host is incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. We also had a long and interesting conversation with her, which made us feel more like visiting friends than just guests. We stayed in a spacious family room that was perfect for us and the kids. It was bright, thoughtfully decorated with lots of green touches, and had a very cozy atmosphere. Our children felt right at home from the very beginning. Everything else was great too – the water pressure in the shower was excellent, which we truly appreciated. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and cafés. We slept really well every night – both the surroundings and the house itself were peaceful and quiet. We’re especially grateful for the warm, family-like hospitality, the flexibility with our late-night arrival, and the kind offer of a late check-out. We felt genuinely welcome throughout our stay. We truly hope our paths will cross again somewhere in the world – until then, we wish all the best and many more happy guests like us!

Our stay here felt luxurious. The facilities were great, clean, and beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The location was incredible as well, sitting just outside of the central subway station (not even a need to take a taxi anywhere). If you're going to Xian, this is the place to stay!

Great value for money.Located a 20 minute walk to the Muslim quarter.Lots of great restaurants and food trucks in the vicinity.Staff very attentive and helpful,despite the language barrier-Google translate is a must.There is a Kitty caffe at the reception,kids loved the cats (under 14 years old are not allowed in).Free coffee, tea and biscuits at the bar all day round+unlimited free laundry,which is not usual in hotels.Choice of five menues for breakfast (3 Western,2 Chinese)+fruit,yoghurt,drinks,which was ok for a good start of the day. Rooms are spacious with every day room service,all is very clean.Beds are quite big for Asian standards and we slept very good.Would definitelly come again,we loved HeSu hotel - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
