Service stood out excellently among all else. Ken at the concierge was exceptionally helpful. Had booked too small a room for a family of four without knowing size of double beds but Ken has tried his best to accommodate us, and when we asked to pay for an upgrade after seeing the room, he also continued to help us as much as possible while changing room. Patiently explained all the while and you dont feel rushed at all. Room is clean and excellent. Fantastic stay with excellent service!

My family and I booked this place for 2 nights. While the place was not in the most convenient location, everything else made up for it. The place is newly built and the rooms were very clean. There is also self-service laundry. The staff were also polite and welcoming and always ready to help! The staff (special mention to Aaron Yang) helped us to enquire about the price to book a car for the day and also helped to compare prices. This was especially helpful since we were new in the area. Overall it was an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!!

Fantastic place - great room, bad & pillows. Relatively fresh place with attention to details. No smoke smell in the rooms like most of 5 start hotels in China. Great location next to the west street with variaty of quality local food. Cold local crafted beer in the fridge and good coffee was a pleasant surprise! Easy to communicate with stuff via WeChat.
