RussiaThe hotel is absolutely lovely! The staff are delightful and friendly, always ready to help. The hotel is spotlessly clean, and the rooms are beautiful and big, with a big desk. The interior of the hotel is so cosy and tasteful, and everything is comfortable.
It's just a short 15-20 minute drive to historical places and beautiful promenades for walking, and there are lots of cafes and street food nearby.

The staff was very helpful. Since we were Indians, we did not know Chinese and they were struggling to speak in English. Yet the communication was carried out smoothly through translators and they helped us during our entire stay, may that be wrt to booking taxis or identifying locations or anything else. The staff is really humble.
