The agents sent me a detailed instruction the location of the property, contact numbers for the owners and some tourist info about the area. It was very useful. We booked a small cabin, but got upgraded by the owner which was nice. The bigger cabin has a kitchen area which was a life saver since all the restaurants were closed by 6.30 pm. The owners- father and daughter were very helpful. Gladys spoke good English. Cabin has a good size and a comfy bed. Bathroom was ok. Parking was safe within the property.

This hotel is a real gem. The location is perfect. The neighborhoods Cerro Allegre and Cerro Conception are right at your doorstep. All staff were super attentive,very friendly and had great tips for us. Someone was available 24/7. The place felt very safe (always locked). The breakfast on the rooftop terrace was made to order with a lot of love. The view from up there is stunning. The rooms are very clean.
