The location is great - very close to the lake. The host greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. There are 3 cabins, each with its utility area where the washer and dryer are located - we used both :). Parking is in the internal yard behind a closed fence. Recommended place!

The owners were incredibly kind and welcoming. All the staff in general very attentive. Beautiful and very cosy hotel in the centre of the city. Delicious breakfast with local products. They even helped us to plan our routes around. Definitely a hotel I would come back! Thank you

Very comfortable bed in a large, private room was great. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of pots and pans and a good gas stove. The owners/staff were friendly and very helpful. The kitchen, dining and lounge areas are cozy and encourages socialising. The hostel was equipped with things not found in most hostels I've stayed in, such as wine glasses and a corkscrew! 🙌 Delicious breakfast and cheap laundry service. The location is great, about a five minute walk into the town centre.

Great location away from the hustle of Pucón but within easy reach of all the key sites. The cabin was really well appointed and spotlessly clean

The owner was super sweet and helpful, he let me in sooner than official time of check-in so I could leave my things there and go to the city. But I called on the number that is on the door not the one that is on Booking. The house and garden are beautiful and very clean. The kitchen is amazing, room was very nice, hot water working well. The location is also good!

We arrived very early on our first day after travelling overnight and were able to check-in immediately and take a shower. The hostal is spotless with fresh towels provided daily. The location is great, in the middle of town in a quiet street. The breakfast was good. It was very good value.
