The hotel was very close to the metro station, and it was very easy to find. The lady at the reception was very helpful and kind. We also received free public transport passes, which included discounts for some museums. The room was clean, and fresh towels were provided every day. The breakfast was very good. It’s definitely worth it! If I visit Lausanne again, I would definitely stay here.

One of the most charming hotels we have ever stayed at. The area is tranquil, no noise. The design is based on chocolate and they even have a chocolate fountain in the receptcion, my daughters loved it (and the parent too!). The staff were really nice. There is a supermarket, shops and restaurants around the hotel and it is near the old town.

Family room was quite spacious and comfortably appointed. Well located just a couple minutes from Lausanne Gare and the M1 metro that runs to the lake and city center. Hotel was able to grant a room request ( greatly appreciated as the room was for my brother's family who was visiting for the first time). Nice property overall and I'll Happily use them again for future guests.
