The uniqueness of the room is highly impressed, the kitchen is very equipped and Jacuzzi in the room is super relaxing :) We will definitely go back to stay again !! highly recommend especially a group for ski and snow sport :)

Excellent! Very good situation close to shops and breakfast places (the host gives a list), cable cars, calm. I loved the big nice view, the terrace with table, the big kitchen, the comfortable furnitures. Ski room and washing room are accessible by lift. Friendly host and very clean place. I am going to come again!

The customer service was very friendly, hospitable, and flexible to our needs. I was on a long trip and asked if I could use the laundry, and they accommodated me, although they said it was not a regular service. The spa was great and this place even has a training room and swimming pool. I have other favorite accommodations in Saas-Fee, but I would stay here again next time.

Wictoria in the reception always helpful with very good tips what to do and the ladies in the breakfast took good care of us and the Chef of rhe the Hotel a very nice gentleman who was there to answer all our questions The breakfast with house made yogurt Nd butter was the highlight The spa facilities were excellent and always prepared to be used and very clean The view from the hotel room was excellent and make you feel happy to start the day We will come back to this hotel as they matched 100 pct the hospitality rate Thank you for those nice days in your hotel

The whole concept is great - hostel sleeping facilities, but very clean everywhere, breakfast was good, sport facilities (Swimming, Gym and Spa are great!), on top of this the location is absolutely incredible - easy to reach from the Bus Station and very close to the gondola station!

Good location in the village, not particularly close to the lifts but not far either and Saas Fee is tiny so as long as you can walk a little it's perfect. Not too crammed with three people. Not what I'd call cheap but it was the best value we could find in Saastal and certainly much cheaper than neighboring Zermatt

The apartment was spotless! The location was very close to the lifts and the main street which was ideal. There was plenty of space and the kitchen was well equipped. The wifi signal was strong enough for me to use Zoom and make video calls easily (it may be different during high season as I visited in November and it wasn't very busy) The lady who greeted me was very friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a super easy and comfortable stay!
