I loved the apartment for its cleanliness and comfort with all the essential appliances. The location of the apartment is an advantage as it's close to all restaurants, bus stops and major places in town. The landlord was very caring and helpful; he assisted me via WhatsApp to find anything I needed and answered any questions I had. Thanks for the hospitality! I enjoyed my stay in this apartment and would rent it again if I ever visit Lugano in the future.

The apartment was amazing, I loved everything about it. The location is perfect too. However I wish the host was more flexible with the check out times especially if there is no clients coming over that day. We wanted to check out late but she didn't allow it until I offered to pay extra. I know it's not mandatory her However I feel checking out at 10am is too early. We travel a lot and this was by far the best apartment we've stayed at but also the only one with the check out as early as 10am. With that being said, I will visit this apartment again because everything else was just perfect 👌

5* experience! The apartment is absolutely spotless and has everything you need. I can't describe how clean it is. It's located just 5-10min walk from the centre. Parking was great and super easy. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of pillows, loved the bathrobes and Slippers which were provided. It literally felt like a luxury apartment where attention to detail was paid on every single thing. From the toiletries, to the plenty of water complimentary water bottles provided and mini Swiss chocolates. Last but not least, Gabriele at reception is the most welcoming, funny & efficient front office gentleman! We are definitely going to visit these apartments in the future. We'll done Swiss hotels, you have done a great job from front office to housekeeping!

Great location with all the amenities you need for a family. It has a washing machine and dryer which makes a longer stay easy. The apartment was very clean, with two rooms and bathrooms which is ideal for a family. It is also in the heart of Lugano, only a street back from the lake.
