Breakfast was very good. Loved the honey each day. Omelette was very good. Wide variety of flavoured teas. Very friendly and helpful staff. The location was superb just right across the bus stand. Lucerne station is just less than 10 mins away by bus. Bus comes every 15 mins. Wide variety of food choices at the station. Loved the shawarma (grilled chicken/beef wrap) at Istanbul restaurant at Lucerne station. There's a big Coop at the station with plenty of food choices to grab n go. Hotel is close to all main attractions easily accessible by bus and trains. Bus from Lucerne station drops right outside the hotel, so there is no need to get a taxi. Hotel backyard is very beautiful where you can go for a walk. Kids have a play area with swings and see-saw. Would definitely come again. Free roaming Wi-fi for all hotel guests too! Room was spacious to accommodate my family of 4.

Gery's camp is on an excellent location especially if you come with car, busy city centre is easily reachable with a bus 2 mins from the camp. The room and the facilities are extremely clean and very well equipped. Kitchen is superb and you can spend your breakfast in a nice big balcony that look to the mount Pilatus.

Location was really good. Shopping alleys just right down the lane, ferry and train terminal just about 10-15 mins walk. For Muslim travellers, there are two halal restaurants in the same alley as the accommodation. Staff was really friendly and accomodating. Check in time is 3pm. We were so grateful that an early check in was possible as we have a toddler with us. The room was modern and updated. It is nice and comfortable.

Location was good, room was very clean. The design in the room was very modern and cool. Staff were lovely. We had a really bad first night, and I asked to move room the next day and it was no problem however, it is not straight forward. I had to go to the cafe at the entrance to use their phone to ring a number and explain the situation (as they don't have a reception/everything is on an app on your phone). Then I had to use my phone to change room and tbh it was a big ordeal.

Although located in an old building, clean, spotless hotel. Not much furniture in the room, but everything you need - water, toiletries. Ideal location - very quiet with outstanding view at Luzerne lake . Gives the vibe of old classy hotels, that I was specifically looking for. The staff was very welcoming

This modern and fresh hotel is perfectly located in the city. It's self checkin, and very simple and clear. The rooms were so chic, and very very clean. The hotel rates were very affordable, especially for Switzerland. And the location is very central, walking distance from the main train station, close to great food and bars and shops. Also, the building is located in across from residence flats, so you have a very local feeling as well, which I appreciate.

Very clean, great breakfasts with super coffee. Great location with a city travel pass included. Would highly recommend. Dinner in the restaurant was fresh and tasty and also many more local affordable (affordable by Swiss standards) options nearby if you're on a budget.
