I really enjoyed communicating with the host; the instructions were given on time and were clear, and she was flexible regarding the check-out time. I also liked the location of the apartment; it's very convenient if you want to visit Göscheneralpsee. However, we didn't venture to some of the other attractions because the journey would have taken too long. We also visited the area during Halloween and were very pleasantly surprised by the care shown towards children and the generosity of the locals.

An amazing apartment in a quiet village. It was spacious, clean, well-equipped for a long stay, with comfortable beds and a mountain view. We were delighted with our stay in Göschenen. The flat is comfortable, very well equipped. There were a lot of attention to details, the nice candles, the slippers, the breakfast items… accessing the sauna was an added bonus! The instructions were very clear, and the hosts gave lots of helpful suggestions about local restaurants. We all loved our stay and are considering going again.

I had one of those days when everything goes wrong. I left an important item in a different town, got on the wrong train, and eventually didn’t know I had to request the train to stop at my stop… needless to say, it was a terrible day and I booked this hostel because otherwise I wouldn’t have had a place to sleep. When booking, I didn’t realise the checkin is at 9pm at the latest (and I couldn’t make it). The property contacted me and was nice enough to arrange a late check in for me last minute. They also gave me a room without other guests so that I wouldn’t bother them. It really touched me and I am very grateful to the owners/staff whom I didn’t even get to meet because I left early the next morning. Otherwise, everything was great at the property: clean, cosy, fast WiFi, close to the train station. The town is also gorgeous, stuck in a valley between mountains. Thank you so much!

The place was set in such a calm area, we had a great nights sleep! Throughout very clean, tidy and comfortable, all services accessible. The host was very kind and accommodating, even when we arrived 2 hours late due to a traffic accident en route. A very approachable individual. We would gladly stay again.
