The apartment is a semi-basement with a separate front entrance from the main house, little patio in front and a parking spot. It is in a quiet residential area near a river with walking and bike path. There's even a little beach by the river which is a 15 minute walk. The main street is 2 blocks away where you can find groceries, gas, restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with a separate bedroom, spacious bathroom with a shower and a full kitchen. The refrigerator wasn't working properly so the host called a technician but he could only come 2 days later. It was hot and humid those days and we were afraid our groceries would go bad but our host said they would find a solution and to our amazement they brought us a brand new fridge the same night. The hosts were very nice, the apartment was comfortable and it felt like home. We would definitely stay again.

The property was cozy and tidy. I love how the room was designed. Perfect location and it's accessible. But the highlights of our stay was the receptionist who was very friendly and accommodating. She was assisting us from the time we enter the location we encountered some issues with the parking, she really showed concern she finds alternatives and solution to that.
