Really friendly hosts who gave us so much information about everything we would need while staying in Caye Caulker. Rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels and water. There are bikes to rent and a really lovely restaurant called Elbas right behind the property. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Guesthouse 7 was perfect, the whole place was beautiful. Access to bikes to cycle around the island was also a plus! Gene the manager couldn’t do enough for us and the owners were extremely approachable and friendly. We wish we could stay here permanently! The beds were also so comfortable!

Very quit, Gene is amazing as host and cleaners come everyday. So some reviews here are outdated as this complex has updated their daily cleaning. Bed sheets are insanely soft, i've never had so nice and soft sheets in my life. Pool is nice and fun and beatifull. Wifi is good. Location is nice, 10m walk from center. Right at the beach which is great. Most important off all, communication was perfect. Felt like talking with my caring mom. Great service and def recommend.

The location is perfect, right amongst it all. We booked the budget room and it was very comfortable, the fan kept us cool, and the shared bathrooms were kept very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Staff were so friendly and welcoming, made sure we had everything we needed for our stay! Never an issue with any requests, and very helpful with information about the island. Bikes and kayaks are amazing for exploring the island - being free is such a nice bonus. We stayed in the croc house and although small and cosy enough, it was very clean, with AC and a lovely little en suite. The guesthouse grounds themselves are gorgeous, so bright and colourful. Ideal location. Brilliant value for money. Book this place!!

A cheap accomodation on a beautiful island. The room was very basic but clean and had what we needed. A great spot for backpackers or travelers on a budget. Basic amenities, great air conditioning and a good shower!
