I really liked the atmosphere at the hotel, the staff and owner were really nice people :) also they have a really cool pool that everyone shares a moment there. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, hammocks and the shower available next to the pool, so we could refresh in time to time as it was really hot!

We ended up staying here 3 times as we were volunteering in the jungle nearby, the hostel is the perfect place to relax after a tour or volunteering. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was pretty good.

Mirador Jungle El Macuti was one of the highlights of my trip and I'm so glad I found the place. It sits right on the edge of the jungle with views up to the mountain and walking trails leading into the forest to waterfalls and lookouts - and really not far away from the centre of town. I saw so many birds and other wildlife just around the lodge including toucans, macaws, owls, tamandua, owl monkeys, capuchins, agouti, tayra. This place is perfect if you love wildlife and want to add to your jungle experience in Rurrenabaque. Rosa and Elias were amazing hosts - in fact they felt more like friends by the time I left and were always patient with my poor spanish and gave me great travel tips for Rurrenabaque and Bolivia. I already miss El Macuti!

Beautiful hotel surrounded by nature and with a huge swimming pool. The staff was extremely friendly and made me feel at home. I felt pampered with the excellent breakfast prepared with fresh produce and fruits from the garden. I recommend it to everyone who wants to relax and spend a few days in contact with nature. I hope to return soon!
