We feared upon arrival that this place might be noisy as this is near the Medical university and as it seemed, a hospital too, but we couldn't have been more wrong. The rooms are splendid, clean bathroom, working air conditioning, silent area. All that was listed, we got provided. The check in desk clerks were helpful and nice, no matter if I asked them about Sofia in general, or some help with the air conditioning, they were always available to help, gladly even.

Sentro Botique Hotel was a phenomenal place to stay in Sofia city center. Located only steps away from Sofia’s central pedestrian street with dozens of shops and restaurants and mere minutes on foot from the majority of the city’s major tourist sites, we couldn’t have asked for a better location. Add on the fact that the rooms were beautifully designed, perfectly clean, and well equipped and the hotel staff was as helpful and nice as could be and we were more than satisfied with our stay!

The girl at the reception is very nice and helpful. She gave us a lot of useful information and was really cheerful. She made coffee for us and explained where we could smoke and leave our luggage the next day. The room is nice and clean. There's everything one can need during the stay. There are sockets and light switches at each bed. Also, there was water and hairdryer with a diffuser. The location is perfect. The hotel is almost in the center, and it takes only 30 minutes to get to the airport by metro. We will definitely choose this hotel again if we come back to Sofia.
