The hotel proved to be perfect for me and my friends' needs, The rooms were clean, AC on and working, breakfast buffet alright, pool was a wet dream! Nice people working there, all of them kind and most of them speaking English, easy going. We also had lunch at the hotel's restaurant and it was delicious and A LOT.

The place is a renovated old building, but it has not lost its charm. You have plenty of space and lost of cozy rooms including a fully equipped kitchen. The only thing missing in the villa's kitchen is a dishwasher. But there is one in the outer room in the yard where the barbeque is. There is air conditioning in the living room which is sufficient enough to warm up the place for the winter. Overall the property is great for its value and you have plenty of space to fit all your family. There is also a swimming pool which is open during the summer. The hostess was a very friendly older woman that gave us a warm welcome.

Nikolai and Daniella are two very kind and welcoming hosts who have 5 very nice dogs just as nice and friendly as they are. Their property is located perfectly above Tsareva Livada and has nice views over the surrounding hills. They stay in one of the houses inside the courtyard, while the guests stay in another house which has a spacious living room linked with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The house is equipped with almost everything you need for a relaxing stay and has one large double bed in the bedroom and 2 extensible (but very cozy) sofas in the living room. It's perfect for 4 people. The kitchen part is fully equipped so you can cook if you want to (refrigerator, microwave oven, gas cooker, crockery, dishes etc.). There is also a TV in the living room which was good to have. But what really stands out for this place is the access to a very nice outside pool and a hot-tub jacuzzi next to it and a very modern-looking sauna. These facilities were excelent and made you feel like you're in a spa. All in all, this location is a hidden gem and a little piece of heaven. Bonus points: it's near the Dryanovo waterfall and monastery where there are a lot of nice hikes you can do.

We chose to have the two houses for our wedding party stay and we had the most amazing time. The houses are beautiful and the host helped us organise the stay. Everything was done with a lot of care. We had a meeting beforehand to view the houses, we discussed the details we wanted, and the host also helped us organise an outdoor barbecue the day after the wedding with everything we needed for 20 people. We are very grateful for everything and would recommend the two houses to anyone. Thank you again for everything!

Comfy apartment with an incredible view. Everything that we needed was in the room. Good kitchen, a huge terrace, and a view of the mountains. We arrived at late night but everything was fine. The host was extremely helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean and well maintained. on the whole a good experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. the food was very good in the restaurant, A bit pricy compared to local restaurants but, better quality (you get what you pay for). The |Spa and facilities were good and the bar/reception/restaurant staff all smiley and helpful. Would go back!
