It was beyond my expectations, very clean, comfortable, an excellent room. It even had a smart TV that included a few streaming apps (Netflix, prime, disney). The buffet was very good, with a lot of options,it was even ok for us, as vegans. It would be nice to see some dedicated meals for vegans, some desserts, and have maybe a cook or the chief of staff of the day, walk a bit through the guests and check if all is ok (someone that speaks English well) - it would go better with the 5 star conditions the hotel is providing. Albena is also very nice, definitely recommend.

The hotel was full and it was still very quiet. Pools were clean and anybody who wanted to use a sunbed could do so. The bees sun beds and umbrellas were in from the hotel and well organized. There were a lot of people but no chaos. Breakfast and dinner were well organized and there was hardly ever waiting even for food that needed to be made on the spot. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Great value for money. We will definitely come back!

everything was superlative. Always diverse, fresh food, a multitude from which you can choose. Appreciate the fact that between meals they have consistent snacks (cookies, puff pastry, pie, pancakes, pizza). Quality drinks, absolutely all, it should be noted that you can ask for daily bottles (1.5l) of water for consumption. The staff is a 10, polite, clean, very well trained and hardworking, absolutely everyone in the complex is a 10. impeccable cleanliness everywhere, every day, they changed the towels and cleaned the rooms. every time you came back to the room, it was ventilated and the air conditioner was on. the very polite cleaning ladies greeted you with the same warm smile every time you passed the corridor. clean pool, new, clean sunbeds. I stayed on the 7th floor, room 719, I had the most beautiful view. the rooms are large, the mattress very comfortable, comfort of 10. I have nothing to complain about. it was the most successful vacation from all points of view! we can't wait to come back! surely, from now on we will only come to the continental hotel. The hotel parking is protected 24/24, always closed, you can leave by car because they have video cameras and its number is registered at the reception. Parking costs BGN 20 per day. Next to the hotel you have a shop open until 12 o'clock, for cigarettes, hygiene, miscellaneous. The sea is a maximum of 5-6 minutes on foot. The hotel is very well located. very good food! there was no way you could leave hungry. wonderful sweets, cake, baklava, ice cream! We can't wait to come back!

The location is beautiful. Green on the one side with the sea on the other. Great view from the room even when taking a shower! donuts at 3 o'clock were the hit of the day for our children :)

Everything was superlative, starting from the rigorous cleaning that is done daily, to the comfort and all the facilities that the location includes, and what we liked most was our friend Pascal, a warm, welcoming and very sociable gentleman who works on the terrace of the location. The recently opened location is ideal if you want an intimate, quiet and very welcoming space that is close to all the attractions, so you can leave your car in their parking lot. If the opportunity arises, we will happily return and with our friends to!

Very good location, 2’ from the beach, close to all attractions and stores. Very clean, comfortable. Big rooms, big terrace. The food was good and very varied. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
